so now when I call FedEx with a bad address or with a delivery related question I am
told to call my supervisor, so he can call FedEx and relay my answer. A contractor
called me yesterday and infrormed me that after the christmas rush I will be fired
for insubornation. He told me that he will testify in my behalf for unemployment. He
isn’t the only one who told me this. Then this mourning I recieved a phone call by
my supervisor and he tells me that the rumors are true, but if I am willing to take
a $50 pay cut he will keep me on. I am in the verge of attacking both my supervisor
and my station manager, but in this economy where everyone needs a job, should I
take this abuse? When I call OSHA I was told that it is my word against them and 88%
of the time it is their word that will be believed. When I call the FedEx complaints
and try to say something about my situation I am yes to death and told that if I
don’t like it just quit. “Just quit.” that is their answer to my problem. Just quit.
Never mind the wife and 5 kids I am supporting. Never mind that if I do quit, I
cannot collect unemployment. I am a driver for FedEx home delivery in the Liverpool
terminal over by Syracuse NY. I am constantly belittled and yelled upon and I hold
my sanity and temper for the benifit of my family. I come to work just to get
harrassed. I come to work, just to be look down on. The contractor is spineless to
speak up against the station manager because one of his driver had one accidents too
many and he is on the verge of loosing his contract. Yet I am the worse driver. Well
that is a load off my chest, sorry for the lenthy E-mail.

See what happens when they wanna get rid of you, and me and him are almost going through the same thing just different branches of the company. I am sure there are more like us !

Well In my station and pretty much a few others around the state I have been in over the years one thing is for sure If your an hourly employee your are a bottom feeder.. And salary employees don’t have to break a sweat and get dirty anymore..

OK Here We Go

FedEx Manager Commandments

1. We are always right ! Try to prove us wrong is futile because only we are allowed to use excuses

2. We walk on water God and Jesus are beneath us..

3. We can do Whatever-Whenever we want ! Falsifiaction, not be checked by security,take company trucks out to go get lunch,run personal errands on company time, and a whole lot of other shit they have to catch us doing.. And by some slim chance they catch us and bring it to the higher ups well the powers that be  just take our word over theirs  anyway so no worries

4. We do not have to acknowledge you, for we are FedEx managers  now don’t look at us and move along if we talk to you its a privilege and an honor so cherish it

5. We can lie and get away with it

6. Keep the employee as stupid as possible at all times

7. If the Employee gets too smart and catches on we shall squish them like the bug that they are.. By making their existence on the job as miserable as possible till they quit or mess up enough for us to fire them..

8. Only FedEx Managers can sleep with employees and other managers  in the station

9. We can harass and intimidate any employee we do not like, don’t worry FedEx corporate has our back

I was really debating on a 10 th but you get the picture by now, but I am sure by the time the week is over I can come up with a number 10..

Trust me my managers don’t dissapoint when you need them to do something stupid
