Well Time for me to dish the dirt on the federal Express Corporation.. It seems they took me lightly.. Well I’m launching a lil series exposing them to you the customer..

The Next few years and Managers later ( Thank God Mikey Left then got in a Lil Trouble.. See Karma gets you in the end !) , I establish myself as a good courier and a good worker but at a price.. I had one of the heaviest part time pick up routes in the station they all knew it but my dumbass went out there and did it every day like an asshole. All I had to do was slow down do shit the right way and my job wouldn’t be so stressful and complicated.. Most part time pick-up routes were doing 25 to 35 stops a day

I was signing on with 40 and ending up with 50 business and residential pick ups.. And not to mention My Route was just as big as the TWO right next to me yea that’s right I said TWO.. I was running red lights, almost hitting god knows how many people..I would get nasty and snappy at times to customers.. But no one cared my numbers were great no late pick ups, all complaints were swept under the rug..

This all changed when we went to the new bigger building ( but more on that later! )

If I had a light day where I could breathe or go to the bathroom, they still talked shit like It was my fault no one called in for a pick up, so its OK for me to but my ass four days in a row but to actually be slow enough to do the job right oh they can’t have that

I would go see my Mgr and say hey I’m getting killed out there, I would get the old FedEx Rah Rah Sis Boom Bah..Your a strong courier, your surrounded by weak Couriers ( I really was but I shoulda did what they were tho) Your the only one who can get the job done out there We need you in that area and so on

I was so stressed out at age 26 I had Shingles (Adult Chicken Pox Very Painful) and I was only Part time 5 hours a day at the most..The reason why I did this was to get a good review so I can get a better raise.. We get a performance review for the year every little bing your raise gets affected, If I’m out sick I get binged,my numbers suffer I get binged so I had and still have to bite the bullet 

And they still played the you can do better routine, yea because they get bonuses if the station hits or goes beyond the number projection for the month ! Sadly I didnt find this out untill 11 th year
